Description
HAROMAS DE BETURIA, a young semi-sweet white wine, is made from the grapes of our youngest vineyards, located at an altitude of 500 meters in Rioja Alta. The Atlantic climate enhances the fruity nuances and that fresh, sweet, and smooth touch that characterizes this white wine.
Viticulture: Rioja Alta.
Variety: Viura.
Yield: 7,000 kg/ha.
Vinification: The grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery. Then, static cold settling is performed, and the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at an average temperature of 14ºC. Subsequently, the alcoholic fermentation is halted using cold techniques to achieve a wine with approximately 30 g/l of residual sugar.
