BETURIA

RED

The grapes destined for this BETURIA young red are from vineyards about 20 years old, at an average height of 500 metres in Rioja Alta.

The Atlantic climate brings this young wine its fruity nuances and that fresh and mild touch that characterises it.

Viticulture: Rioja Alta.

Variety: Tempranillo.

Yield: 6.500 kg/ha.

Vinification: The fermentation and maceration process takes place in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 22ºC. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in the same tanks.

 

TASTING NOTES:
  • Colour: Intense cherry with a garnet edge.
  • Aromas: It has very good intensity and touches of red berries and liquorice.
  • Taste: Delectable, structured, elegant and with good fruity character.

Serving temperature: 17º C.

Recommended food: Delicious as a companion to cured meats in an appetiser. It also goes very well with poultry or game birds and slightly cured cheeses.

BETURIA

ROSÉ

Our BETURIA rosé is made from grapes of our youngest vineyards, which are at an average height of 500 metres, in Rioja Alta.

The Atlantic climate and the soil where they grow give this young wine the fruity, fresh and mild nuances that characterise it.

Viticulture: Rioja Alta.

Variety: Tempranillo, Garnacha y Viura.

Yield: 6.500 kg/ha.

Vinification: It is macerated for 20 hours and then the must is drained into stainless steel tanks to let the alcoholic fermentation take place at an average temperature of 18ºC.

 

TASTING NOTES:
  • Colour: A brilliant mix of rose and raspberry tones.
  • Aromas: Bouquet of red berries. It is clean and of good intensity.
  • Taste: Lively, fresh, balanced and lingering.

Serving temperature: 15º C.

Recommended food: This rosé is the perfect companion for pasta, pizzas and slightly spicy dishes. It is also a very good combination with fish, shellfish and, naturally, with rice dishes.

BETURIA

WHITE

Our BETURIA young white is made from the grapes of our youngest vineyards, on estates at a height of 450 metres, in Rioja Alta.

The Atlantic climate brings this wine its fruity nuances and that fresh and mild touch that characterises this well-known white in Haro.

Viticulture: Rioja Alta.

Variety: Viura.

Yield: 7.000 kg/ha.

Vinification: The grapes are pressed as soon as they are received, the must is cold pre-clarified, and then it is decanted into stainless steel tanks, where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at an average temperature of 14ºC.

 

TASTING NOTES:
  • Colour: Pale yellow.
  • Aromas: Fresh fruit, citrus and tropical aromas.
  • Taste: Delectable, fresh, with good fruity character and acidity.

Serving temperature: 10-12º C.

Recommended food: It is perfect for an appetiser, and is a very good companion for slightly cured cheeses, pizzas and pasta. It is also delicious with all kinds of fish, shellfish and rice dishes.
