The grapes destined for this BETURIA young red are from vineyards about 20 years old, at an average height of 500 metres in Rioja Alta.
The Atlantic climate brings this young wine its fruity nuances and that fresh and mild touch that characterises it.
Viticulture: Rioja Alta.
Yield: 6.500 kg/ha.
Vinification: The fermentation and maceration process takes place in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 22ºC. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in the same tanks.
- Colour: Intense cherry with a garnet edge.
- Aromas: It has very good intensity and touches of red berries and liquorice.
- Taste: Delectable, structured, elegant and with good fruity character.
Serving temperature: 17º C.
Recommended food: Delicious as a companion to cured meats in an appetiser. It also goes very well with poultry or game birds and slightly cured cheeses.
