6. Delivery times for orders

Orders will be delivered by transport company at the delivery address indicated by the Client and to the person who has established themselves as the recipient of the same. In addition to the delivery note, a purchase invoice will be delivered to the Customer with each order, either within the shipping packaging, or together with the product sent. In some cases, it will be sent via email or by regular mail.

7. Product Warranty

The legal guarantee framework (RDL 1/2007, of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws) aims to provide the Client with different options for demand the reorganization when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving the option to demand the repair or replacement of the good, unless this is impossible or disproportionate. 8. Exchanges and returns

The Customer is given the right to withdraw from the order, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. 11. VALIDITY OF THE CLAUSES

These General Conditions are governed by current Spanish regulations, and specifically by: Civil Code, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; Law 7/1998 of April 13 on General Contracting Conditions; Law 7/1996 of January 15 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Directive 2000/31 CE of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 8, relative to certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular commerce electronic in the internal market (Directive on electronic commerce); Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce; and the regulations that develop them.
