Description
Our BETURIA rosé is made from grapes of our youngest vineyards, which are at an average height of 500 metres, in Rioja Alta.
The Atlantic climate and the soil where they grow give this young wine the fruity, fresh and mild nuances that characterise it.
Viticulture: Rioja Alta.
Variety: Tempranillo, Garnacha y Viura.
Yield: 6.500 kg/ha.
Vinification: It is macerated for 20 hours and then the must is drained into stainless steel tanks to let the alcoholic fermentation take place at an average temperature of 18ºC.
Serving temperature: 15º C.
Recommended food: This rosé is the perfect companion for pasta, pizzas and slightly spicy dishes. It is also a very good combination with fish, shellfish and, naturally, with rice dishes.
