To create our Dominio de ARVS reserva, we select Tempranillo grapes from fields in the north of Rioja Alta, and from the vines of highest quality on the estate. The vineyards are over 30 years old.
The Atlantic climate and clayey-chalky soil nurture the aroma and taste complexity of this wine, attaining a perfect balance.
The grapes are picked by hand in the early weeks of October when they are at just the right stage of ripeness.
Viticulture: Rioja Alta.
Yield: 5500 kg/ha.
Vinification: The fermentation and maceration process takes place in stainless steel tanks for 23 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the tank and the wine is decanted twice before being put into barrels.

Bottle ageing: Minimum of 12 months.
Serving temperature: 18ºC.
Recommended food: To savour the nuances of this wine, we recommend that you accompany it with red, roast or stewed meats. It also goes well with game birds like partridge or pheasant. It is a fantastic companion to cold meats and blue or cured cheeses.
